OUR WORK IN BELIZE

Since its establishment in 2013, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Belize has been dedicated to serving the nation through a wide range of faith-inspired initiatives, aiming to uplift individuals and strengthen communities through education, humanitarian aid, youth development, and moral training.
Below are some of the main programmes through the Community.

Ahmadiyya Basketball League

ABL Belize is more than just a sports league. It’s a powerful tool for youth engagement and transformation. Through regular games, mentorship, and team-building, it reaches hundreds of boys and girls—including special branches like the Women’s League and the Prison League, which provide sports-based rehabilitation and life guidance. Humanity First Belize

Humanity First is an international aid organization dedicated to helping those in need, regardless of race, religion, or politics.

Ahmadiyya Women's Chapter Belize

The Ahmadiyya Women's Chapter is the women’s auxiliary of the Community committed to women and girls' spiritual education, empowerment, and community service. From organizing educational sessions to hosting women-led events and charitable activities, the Chapter fosters moral leadership among women of all ages.

Ahmadiyya Water for Life

Established in 2023, Water for Life is a charitable initiative dedicated to improving access to clean drinking water for vulnerable communities. Water for Life provides 5-gallon containers, pouches, and bottled water, and as part of its broader humanitarian efforts, proceeds directly support charitable projects across Belize. Better Brothers Initiative

The Better Brothers Initiative is a mentorship and reform program for young men—especially those affected by crime, gangs, or broken family structures. It combines leadership training, character development, and real-world life skills to help youth transform into positive contributors and future mentors.
